Welcome to the Customer Assistance Scheme portal where you can apply for Income Maximisation and Debt Advice. To access this support, you must live in a property that is supplied by Severn Trent Water. If you unsure if your property is supplied by Severn Trent, please check here before you continue - https://www.water.org.uk/advice-for- customers/find-your-supplier/. We cannot provide support if your property is not supplied by Severn Trent Water. You will be asked to provide your address as well as your Severn Trent account number as part of the application process.

Income Maximisation
To be eligible for Income Maximisation, you must:

  • Have a Severn Trent account
  • Have a household income of £25,000 or less

Debt Advice
To be eligible for Debt Advice, you must:

  • Have a Severn Trent account
  • Have arrears on your Severn Trent account of £700+

If you are applying for the support yourself, please create an individual account. If you work for an advice agency and you are applying on behalf of somebody else, please create an advice agency account.
